U.S. Army Spc. Trevor Milbury (center), of Sandwich, N.H., a crew chief, and Sgt. Aaron DeAnglis (right), of Concord, N.H., a standardization instructor, both with the Medevac Platoon “Dustoff,” Company C, 3rd Battalion, 238th Aviation Regiment, Task Force Dragon, load equipment into a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter prior to a hoist training exercise at Forward Operating Base Fenty, Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan, Sept. 16, 2013. Medevac teams provide emergency care to U.S. and Coalition Forces, and transport patients by air to medical treatment facilities.
