U.S. Army Sgt. Thaddaeus Hendershot, left, security force team member for Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Farah, conducts a mission brief prior to departing FOB Farah for a meeting with the provincial governor in Farah City, Jan. 10. PRT Farah meets regularly with the provincial governor to discuss security, governance and transition progress in Farah province. PRT Farah's mission is to train, advise and assist Afghan government leaders at the municipal, district and provincial levels in Farah province, Afghanistan.
