Isabella Kulacz, 1st Battalion, 124th Infantry Regiment medic, instructs Rwanda Defense Force soldiers on controlling the airway during a two-week medical course Sept. 8, 2016, at Rwanda Military Academy, Rwanda. Kulacz and Sgt. Jonathan Lopez, both medics with the 1/124 Inf.
