U.S. Army Pacific Commanding General, Gen. Vincent K. Brooks is presented with a token of appreciation from the Tentara Nasional Indonesia during the Garuda Shield 2014 DV Visit, Sept. 24. Garuda Shield is a bilateral, tactical military exercise sponsored by U.S. Army Pacific and hosted by the Indonesian Armed Forces.
