U.S. Army National Guard Spc. Orion Cowles, a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter mechanic assigned to D. Company, 2-211th General Support Aviation Battalion, twists the safety wire until it could be secured in a manner similar to the pictured wiring in a hangar at Camp Taji Military Complex, Iraq, Sept. 18, 2018.
