U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Timothy Leahy, Second Air Force commander, delivers remarks during an interview inside his office on Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, Aug. 14, 2019. Leahy will retire on Dec. 1 with more than 34 years of military service. Throughout his career, Leahy held positions at the major command, sub-unified combatant command and geographic and functional combatant command levels.
