United States Coast Guard PETTY Officer Joe McDurmon assigned to the Marine Safety Office (MSO) checks for downed power lines and other debris that might be a hazard for the boat. The Coast Guard is transporting city employees who work for the Grand Forks Water Department to the water pump station along the flooded Red River, which is located between Grand Forks, North Dakota, and East Grand Forks, Minnesota.
