U. S. Air Force Master Sgt. Shawn Barlow, 60th Medical Group noncommissioned officer in charge of contracting management, uses theatrical blood to enhance the realism of a gunshot moulage wound, prior to a base exercise Sept. 24, 2020, at Travis Air Force Base, California.
