The South Carolina National Guard welcomed three new members to the Warrant Officer Hall of Fame April 12, 2015 (from left to right) as Chief Warrant Officer 4 Gene (Austin) Norris, retired Chief Warrant Officer 5 Harold (Eric) Seymore and retired Chief Warrant Officer 4 Michael Bibb were inducted in a ceremony at the McCrady Training Center.
