Fallon, addresses his new command during the change of command ceremony for U.S. Pacific Command (PACOM) on board Camp Smith, Hawaii. Fallon relieved Adm. Thomas B. Fargo to become the 21st Commander, U.S. Pacific Command. U.S. PACOM's area of responsibility spans from the west coast of the United States to the east coast of Africa.
