The Keweenaw Heritage Center at St. Anne's
Summary
This imposing Gothic Revival church was built of locally quarried Jacobsville sandstone in 1900 for a growing French-Canadian Catholic population. It was deconsecrated in 1966 after the population of Calumet decline when the mines closed. The Keweenaw Heritage Center has conducted restoration efforts of the structure.
