Tanzania People's Defence Force Sgt. Josephat John Rivas (left), Petty Officer 1st Class Will Brogdon and TPDF Cpl. Jilaoneka Zacharia Ngumbi enter the command hospital to begin training during a tactical casualty care course. The course prepares medical team members the capability to instruct boarding teams in future regional exercises and to support Africa Partnership Station engagements. APS is an international security cooperation initiative facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities in order to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
