Summary
The photomechanical reproduction is a view looking northwest from the east bank of the Cuyahoga River at the Superior Viaduct. The round stone turnstile base is pictured with the steel truss above and the control house in this steel bases above the stone turnstile. This location allows the operator the view to see when a ship is coming to turn the bridge.
