Staff Sgt. Eric Briggs, an instructor at the Medical Simulation Training Center, instructs soldiers assigned to the 252nd Engineer Company, 103rd Engineer Battalion, 213th Regional Support Group, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, on how to properly secure the head of a casualty in a litter during a Combat Lifesaving Course, Nov. 6, 2013.
