Spc. Kevin Dulinawka assigned to Echo Company, 427th Brigade Support Battalion, 152nd Brigade Engineering Battalion, 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, New York Army National Guard, Buffalo, uses a chainsaw at Youngstown Local Training Area, Feb. 24, 2019.
