Summary
Soldiers and airmen fire their weapons together on the "stress fire" range at Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center in central Indiana at dawn, Aug. 24. "Stress Fire" gives troops an opportunity to fire their weapons after tactically sprinting 500 meters to their targets, elevating heartbeats as they engage, preparing them for deployment to a combat zone. The PRT is training to deploy to the Kapisa province of Afghanistan to engage in rebuilding efforts there.
