Wiley, widow of the author of the Pure Food Act, displaying the shocking bathing costume of 1895 while Marjorie Gunnels wears the sensible one of 1936. They will model in the "Gay Nineties" parade which will be a feature of the summer festival for the benefit of the Women's City Club in Washington, Aug. 28. Mrs. Wiley is president of the club
