Sgt. Maj. Michael P. Woods (right), the sergeant major of 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, passes the battalion colors to Col. Ryan P. Heritage, the regiment’s outgoing commanding officer, during a change of command ceremony at Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 10, 2014.
