Senior Airman Franklin Sloat, 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron member, Minot Air Force Base N.D., returns fire to a simulated enemy ambush with blanks during a foot patrol as part of the Ranger Assessment Course Oct. 8, 2014, at Silver Flag Alpha range, Nev.
