SIGONELLA, Italy (Oct. 06, 2015) Secretary of Defense (SECDEF) Ash Carter and Italian Minister of Defence Roberta Pinotti are greeted by members of the Italian Air Force Honor Guard during Carter's visit to Naval Air Station (NAS) Sigonella as part of a five-day European tour. During the visit, Carter met with his Italian counterpart, NAS Sigonella leadership, and hosted a town hall meeting with Sailors, Airmen, and Marines.
