The Secretary, joined on stage by Cristina Saralegui, host of a show on the Univision television network, discussed initiaitves including the American Dream Downpayment Fund; a new tax credit for builders of single-family homes; and a housing counseling program designed to help families through the home-buying process and educate them against unscrupulous lenders.
