SAN DIEGO (Mar. 30, 2012) Secretary of Defense (SECDEF) Leon E. Panetta speaks to the crew of the amphibious assault ship USS Peleliu (LHA 5) and the Marines of the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (15th MEU) during an all-hands call while Peleliu is underway off the coast of Camp Pendleton, Calif.
