PUERTO QUETZAL, Guatemala (Jan. 24, 2011) Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 28 and Marines with 2nd Marine Logistics Group raise a wall while building a Southeast Asia Hut at Escuela Justo Rufino Morales Mackarty during a weeklong Southern Partnership Station 2011 subject matter expert exchange with Guatemalan sailors.
