Retired Army Sgt. Maj. Fifty-nine National Guard Noncommissioned officers and officers from New York, Connecticut, Oklahoma, North Dakota and Minnesota are taking the two-week class. The class is designed to give leaders the insight and information they need to implement programs designed to create a professional workplace in their units.
