Rock, USN, Commandant, Naval District Washington joins museum staff to install the USS Tennessee plaque in the Valor of the Pacific: A Remembrance exhibit at the National Museum of the United States Navy during the remembrance ceremony to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, Dec. 7.
