Summary
Promontoire, 1917 - a dug-out
image: a view of the outside of a large dug-out serving as a medical post. It is next to a road side and has been constructed with earth, sandbags and wood, with a tarpaulin suspended between the main dug-out and an outer wall, underneath which a man is visible. A French tricolore and a red cross flag fly from the top of the dug-out.
