JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Feb. 12, 2003)--Coast Guard cargo safety teammember carefully watches as a container from the Army's 101st Airborne division is placed on the ground at the Blount Island Terminal in Jacksonville, Fla. February 12. Members on the cargo safety team opened containers and inspected vehicles for proper placards and storage of hazardous materials that were to be shipped on military cargo vessels.
