Petty Officer Chief Talur Burgwin, electronics technician, places a cover on newly-pinned Chief Petty Officer Valoris Forsyth, machinist’s mate, during a chief petty officer pinning ceremony, Sept. 16, aboard amphibious dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor. Pearl Harbor pinned four new chiefs during the ceremony.
