Petty Officer 3rd Class Daniel Thelen, construction mechanic of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4, salutes as Afghanistan's national anthem is played at the graduation ceremony for the latest generator maintenance class of Afghan National Army personnel trained at the Joint Sustainment Activity Southwest by members of NMCB 4’s Alfa Company.
NMCB 4 is a component of the Naval Expeditionary Combat Command that provides contingency engineering and construction across Afghanistan in support of the overall mission of International Security Assistance Forces and regional combat commander requirements.
