Pennsylvania National Guard Sgt. Brandon Cavenaugh, a survey team member with the 3rd Civil Support Team (CST) Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), conducts an air sampling for potential chemical agents near a simulated casualty May 7, 2018 as a part of Vigilant Guard 18-3 in Newport News, Va.
