New York Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to Joint Task Force (JTF) Ontario, build a sandbag wall in Rochester near the Monroe County Sheriff Boat Launch on on April 29th 2020. The New York National Guard has mobilized 46 members of the New York Army National Guard, the New York Naval Militia, and the New York Guard, the state defense force, to respond to flooding along the Lake Ontario shore line.
