CHAGUARAMAS COAST GUARD BASE, Trinidad and Tobago (Mar. 28, 2012) Navy Diver 1st Class Brian Mouton, assigned to Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 2, Company 2-1, welds part of the Commodore Oliver Perry cemetery gate on the Military Sealift Command rescue and salvage ship USNS Grapple (T-ARS 53). The gates, from the cemetery where Perry was first buried in 1819, were later dedicated to him in 1926 and have since fallen into disrepair.
