Navy Band Northwest performs at Portland Rose Festival

The Navy Band Northwest ensemble, "Passage," performs outside the Standard Insurance Center in downtown Portland during the Portland Rose Festival. The festival and Portland Fleet Week are a celebration of the sea services, with Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen from the U.S. and Canada make the city a port of call.
