NAVAL AIR STATION PATUXENT RIVER, Md. (May 29, 2018) Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Jasmine Bailey pins the new rank onto the lapel of Logistics Specialist 3rd Class Anthony Lopez's uniform during Naval Air Test and Evaluation Squadron (VX) 1's frocking ceremony.
