Midshipman 1ST Class Michael Nelms tours the bridge of the Russian navy Krivak I class frigate BDITELNY while participating in an exchange of observers and crewmen between the Russian ship and the destroyer USS DEYO (DD-989) during exercise BALTOPS '93.
