Naval Air Station Sigonella, Sicily (Jul. 17, 2003) -- Mess Management Specialist 3rd Class Crystal Kaiser rolls a small bit of dough in her hands to create a grape for her dough creation during a two-week Culinary Arts course held at the NAS Sigonella Galley. Instructors from the First Coast Technical Institute School of Culinary Arts in Saint Augustine, Fla., taught the Mess Management Specialists the intricacies of culinary arts, and gave certificate courses in sanitation and nutrition.
