Members of the Virgin Islands National Guard 661st Military Police Law and Order Detachment, were certified by Staff Sgt. Patrick Sanders (front row, first from left), Ft. Polk 91st Military Police Detachment, for completing a Mechanical Control Holds (MACH) and oleoresin capsicum (OC) spray and X26 series taser course as part of annual training at Ft.
