Members of the U.S. Army Reserve's 486th Civil Affairs Battalion, assigned to Task Force Larimar and members of the Dominican Republic's Army, 5th Infantry Brigade discuss plans for a future medical clinic during the humanitarian and civic assistance mission, Beyond the Horizon 2014, May 13.
