Members of the official party cut the ceremonial cake with a saber following the Oregon National Guard's Lane County Armory dedication ceremony, in Springfield, Ore., Sept. 27. The 156,000 square foot facility includes classrooms and facilities which can be utilized by community partners and organizations, such as local Scout Troops, drivers education and canine obedience training groups.
