(May. 26, 2006) Members of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 2, Detachments 02, 20 and 28 received Silver and Bronze Stars at Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Va., May 26. One Silver Star and 14 Bronze Stars, all with the exception of one Bronze Star were awarded with Combat Distinguishing Device to Sailors from Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 2, Detachments 02, 20 and 28, for various actions in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and the Global War on Terrorism.
