Master Sergeant Demetrius D. Bell hosts the Art of Storytelling Workshop during the Thurgood Marshall College Fund Leadership Institute at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C., Nov. 20, 2016. The workshop teaches TMCF attendees how to conduct themselves through job interviews with the use of storytelling. Marines host events like workouts, and discussions for the TMCF as a way to give back to the community and shape young leaders. Hundreds of students from around the United States gather for the TMCF for the opportunity to learn from experienced men and women who rose from same cultural backgrounds. Bell is a trainer in the National Training Team for Marine Corps Recruiting Command aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va.
