Tommy Edgeworth, wipe away tears as they lead a memorial Foreign Object Damage walk down dedicated to Lt. Cmdr. Regina Mills aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). Mills was struck and killed as she assisted others in a traffic collision near Bremerton, Wash. where she was stationed aboard the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68).
