Maj. Gen. John OConnor, commanding general, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, presents Romanian Army Col. Cornel Comeaga a gift of appreciation June 4 in recognition of Comeagas year of service as permanent secretary of the National Territorial Commanders Committee. Senior military leaders of the NTCC met June 2-4 at the National Military Palace here. The three-day event focused on refining expansion goals, objectives and accession policy to meet current and future allied and regional security requirements. Senior leader and staff representatives reaffirmed support to improve host nation support cooperation and endorsed the NTCC as the single point of contact for HNS coordination.
