Lt. Gen. David G. Bellon, Commander, Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES), presents letters of appreciation to the family of Sgt. Maj. Scott D. Grade, outgoing sergeant major of MARFORRES, during a relief and appointment ceremony held at the Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Feb. 4, 2021. Grade relinquished his duties to Sgt. Maj.
