Patterson, Sr., 1940-45, deals with U.S. Army troops being transported to Europe for war, specific date unidentified. He became United States Secretary of War under President Harry S. Truman, 1945-1957. Patterson died in January 1922. (2015/11/13). Fair quality imagery.
