Loggerhead Adieu (7609550682)
Summary
July 17, 2012 - Blackbeard Island, GA
She's crawled. She's dug. She's laid. She's covered. Now she returns to the warm Atlantic waters to breed again so she can lay more nests. A Loggerhead typically lays 3-4 nests a season, which is about every 3-4 years. They usually do not nest every single year. Instead, they nest in "nesting cohorts".
