Letter from Theodore Parker, West Roxbury, [Massachusetts], to Convers Francis, 1840 Nov[ember] 21
Summary
Theodore Parker writes to Convers Francis in regards to justifying himself for having signed the call for a convention which has the "benevolent design' to "restore the dominion of most ancient night." He is concerned with criticism from "all of my friends after the flesh & some of those after the spirit blame me for it." He asks him whether he believes the "Lord's Supper" was held on other days other than Sunday.
