Letter from Samuel Wolcott, Longmeadow, [Massachusetts], to Amos Augustus Phelps, 1846 April 6
Summary
Samuel Wolcott writes to Amos A. Phelps regarding a deferment of him visiting New York City. He writes about suggestions he has for Phelps' use of Wolcott's correspondence on foreign missions. He explains that "my object in sending it was to define my personal position to yourself. I am consulting my usefulness in your department by those suggestions, as I could convince you, if I should see you."
