Letter from Richard Ball, Redland near Bristol, [England], to William Lloyd Garrison, 1833 [June] 29th

description

Summary

Richard Ball writes to William Lloyd Garrison sending him his interview with Elliot Cresson, believing it "may be possibly in some degree useful to Thee in reporting an account of thy Mission on thy return to America" (see MS A.1.2 v.3, p.46 for the "Interview"). Ball tells Garrison he has written to James Cropper about "the reprint and circulation of the Article in the Eclectic Review" and that it should help inform the Duke of Sussex "of the real character and objects of the Scheme he is about thus to patronize."
