Letter from Ralph Randolph Gurley, Washington, to Amos Augustus Phelps, April 26th 1828

In this letter, Gurley, Ralph Randolph writes to Amos A. Phelps that, although Phelps’s proposition has not been met in the way he suggested, his letter interested him. He mentions the possibility that the organization (the American Colonization Society?) obtains more young people from the Andover seminary as its agents for the Northern and Middle States.
